Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All domestic orders are processed within 1-5 business days of receipt. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination but will typically arrive in 1-14 business days. Custom orders and pre-sold items will vary.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or orders during peak holiday season, please expect longer than normal shipping delays. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
www.nalumade.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
For orders over $10, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
www.nalumade.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
www.nalumade.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Unfortunately, we only ship to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
www.nalumade.com will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
We will not be held responsible if package is missing/stolen.
Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mail@nalumade.com.
Wholesale Refunds & Exchanges
Orders can be only be cancelled if your order hasn't shipped. Since Nalu Made's wholesale items are made to order, our policy allows for exchanges on damaged goods.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to intiate an exchange my emailing us at mail@nalumade.com with your order number and images documenting the damage to your items.
